I seemed to ‘discover’ a lot on Sunday, who said being hungover was unproductive!
So anyway my good friend Tim took these pictures In Old Street yesterday. The Billboard is advertising the new ‘This Diary Will Change Your LIfe’ which if you want more info on is
‘a recipe for permanent revolution in people’s imaginations, encouraging them to reinvent themselves every day of their lives. It has spawned a worldwide cult and is now in its sixth year’
So it got me thinking about viral advertising. Even though this campaign is not actually digital it demonstrates that any advert, whether its on TV, a billboard or a magazine thanks to (or maybe not thanks) to the blogosphere can become digtial. (If its any good anyway.) I blogged about the John Lewis ad that I watched on TV over the weekend and based on other blogs I read i’m not alone in talking about cool advertisng I see both on and offline.
